Digital Troubleshooter: Daniel Kapandantava Joins BlueCloud Digital Helpdesk
We’re pleased to welcome Daniel Chard Kapandantava to BlueCloud Digital as our new Helpdesk Engineer.
Daniel joins us with a solid background in software engineering and hands-on experience across ICT support, system administration and network troubleshooting, skills honed through years working with managed service providers (MSPs) and enterprise clients across Tanzania.
A graduate of the University of Dodoma, Daniel’s technical know-how is matched by a stack of certifications, including Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and AWS Cloud Practitioner. Prior to joining BlueCloud, he supported IT infrastructure across both public and private sectors, including stints at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and IVO Solutions Limited.
Known for his calm under pressure and sharp diagnostic skills, Daniel is well-versed in the day-to-day demands of MSP environments, from user support and remote troubleshooting to endpoint management and cloud systems maintenance.

Outside the office, he’s a keen cybersecurity researcher and occasional gym-goer, with a taste for music, film and football.
