We provide two main types of support Cloud Services: Managing cloud based users across multiple platforms seems simple. As your business grows we ensure that users, their access rights, and group policies are controlled. When a user leaves the business we roll back all of the rights across all managed platforms. The list of platforms we offer user administration of is endless, here are a few examples; Office 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, WordPress and other CMS systems, Google Analytics and other Google Platforms, Xero, Sage, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Facebook Business Manager. This offering is customised to your needs and is priced from £10 / $12 / user per month. Cloud + User Services: Does your user need PC hardware and software support? This includes what you would expect from your IT help desk; general IT help, remote hardware support, remote access for support and PC configuration etc. We provide all of the Cloud Services plus remote user support is priced from £30 / $36 per user per month.
Our approach involves the installation of remote management and monitoring software on a range of internal devices and desktops as needed. This software plays a crucial role in identifying any decline in the performance of your internal IT systems. Additionally, it serves as a valuable tool in facilitating remote assistance for your users. Through this proactive approach, we can swiftly address any issues that arise and ensure seamless functionality across your IT infrastructure.
Given the diverse composition of internal IT infrastructures, encompassing on-site, off-site services and third-party suppliers such as internet connections and leased printers, an all encompassing approach is required. We are able to manage and control the agreed IT elements, acting as the first point of contact for administration and troubleshooting.
Each site requires the successful collaboration of multiple service providers using a single site leased line and firewall. Although we will be focused on supporting the individual managers and their respective laptop PCs we will also work closely with the leased line provider to ensure the service they are providing is adequate.
We will also work with the various service providers; telephone, gambling hardware, financial etc who make use of the leased line and firewall. The firewall will need proactive management to ensure all parties have all they need to successfully deliver their respective services while maintaining the security it is intended to provide.
We will need to investigate further the current firewall configuration and software during our onboarding process.
Your email is currently driven by Google Workspace but some users prefer the Office 365 and Outlook Interface. We will work with you to align all users onto Google Workspace and in time remove Office 365 from the users machines.
It is not practical to support two sets of configurations across multiple sites. We will work with you to establish protocols to ensure we don’t have conflicting configurations.
We will work with you to ensure that each area of your IT is configured in such a way so as to support your backup and disaster recovery plans. We will assist you in testing of each of these key areas to ensure that you can easily and quickly recover from unplanned outages
A key delivery area of any managed IT platform is the security of the server, desktops and communications channels. We will make recommendations for any changes to the current policies, which are to be handled separately from this proposal.
Any IT platform requires constant attention and depending on the exact configuration, different maintenance tasks will need to be conducted. During the initial setup and over the first few months, we will refine weekly and monthly tasks to be undertaken and will regularly report back to you, so you know key actions are being taken to maintain the infrastructure.
