We provide two main types of support for Cloud Services: Managing cloud-based users across multiple platforms may seem simple. As your business grows we ensure that users, their access rights, and group policies are controlled. When a user leaves the business, we roll back all rights across all managed platforms.
The list of platforms we offer user administration for is endless. Here are a few examples; Office 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, WordPress and other CMS systems, Google Analytics and other Google Platforms, Xero, Sage, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Facebook Business Manager. This offering is customised to your needs and is priced from £10 / $12 / per user per month.
Cloud + User Services: Does your user need PC hardware and software support? This includes what you would expect from your IT help desk: general IT help, remote hardware support, remote access for support, PC configuration, etc. We provide all Cloud Services plus remote user support, priced from £30 / $36 per user per month.
Our approach includes installating remote management and monitoring software on various internal devices and desktops as needed. This software plays a crucial role in identifying any decline in the performance of your internal IT systems. Additionally, it serves as a valuable tool in facilitating remote assistance for your users. Through this proactive approach, we can swiftly address any issues that arise and ensure seamless functionality across your IT infrastructure.
Given the diverse composition of internal IT infrastructures, including on-site and off-site services, as well as third-party suppliers such as internet connections and leased printers, a comprehensive approach is necessary. We can effectively manage and control the agreed-upon IT elements, serving as the first point of contact for administration and troubleshooting.
We provide services for users on Google Workspace and Microsoft platforms. We have extensive experience in managing networks using both platforms.
While we do have experience in managing Mac users and will assist where possible, it is not our core focus.
We will work with you to ensure that every aspect of your IT infrastructure is configured to support your backup and disaster recovery plans. We will also assist you in testing each of these key areas to ensure that you can quickly and quickly recover from unplanned outages
A critical part of managed IT platforms is securing servers, desktops, and communication channels. We will recommend internal policy changes, propose training solutions, and provide endpoint detection and response where necessary.
Any IT platform requires constant attention, and depending on the exact configuration, different maintenance tasks will need to be conducted. During the initial setup and over the first few months, we will refine the weekly and monthly tasks to be undertaken. We will regularly report back to you; so that you are aware of the key actions being taken to maintain the infrastructure.
Our Team
James started his IT career whilst at the University of Cape Town in the 1990’s when he and his cousin, Paul Durrant, launched NDirect, a partnership with a local company called New Wave Direct in Claremont, Cape Town. The initial focus was on supporting home users and local small businesses. Things quickly grew after they left university, and Bluegrass Technologies was spun out. In 2002, Bluegrass opened an office in London, and a shift away from network support to app and website development began. Bluegrass Digital remains part of the group. BlueCloud was established to focus on IT support, where the business began in the 1990s.
